From a beginner's perspective, which topics are the most difficult to understand in CSS?

I am not a big fan of CSS and in my personal opinion, issues which I encounter most, is getting the layout correct, especially it was the case when I was not acquainted with CSS frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap and its grid.
