Neither, if you plan to host it beyond 12 months (the app that is; when it is about storing the content, the storage side of things that is, it is 6 months). Public cloud just isn't cost-effective. It only works if you are a kickstarter and don't know what will happen tomorrow. Or if you are a dev.
