Personally, I'm not a fan of any of them as is. What I ended up doing was taking the design patterns from Material Design and creating my own version of Bootstrap. It runs great, is compatible with the huge amount of controls out there but has all of the slickness of Material Design.
The really nice thing is that it's super easy to customize and tailor to different projects and clients with just a few variable changes.
