This has started to really bug me: every single follower I have is following exactly 39 people. Has someone written a bot? Their profiles all have names and pictures.... Are those the number of people who have posted questions? I'm just really perplexed and curious as to why this is. If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

I have checked 3 random followers from your profile and they tend to have 70, 43 & 51 followers each. I think you got confused or their may be some bug resolved overnight.

When you sign up Hashnode shows you a list of 39 developers relevant for you to follow. If you hit the follow all button, you would follow 39 people. I hope this resolves the mystery. :)
