I am not an Android developer but I think only Android Studio 3.x comes with Kotlin (developer.android.com/studio/preview/index.html). However, it is still in Preview edition.
Alternatively, I think you can go to Jetbrains website and download IntelliJ Community Edition and I believe it should come with Android tools (jetbrains.com/idea/features)
