I'm working right now in a start up company. Since the company is only a start up the salary is not that high. Since I'll only get small amount of pay every month I tried working part time as a remote developer. The other company offered me a full time position as a remote software developer and would pay me much more. I'm confused if I should grab the opportunity since I'll be working remotely and I'll be on my own. Is it worth it to give up my regular work with people and colleagues around me or work at home with high salary and a possibility to be lonely ?
I don't think anyone else can answer this for you. It's about what you value more.
But I'll note that it's not as black and white as that:

Are there any co-working spaces around you? If your main concern is being lonely perhaps find a place where you can work among other developers. I guess it depends on your area and what kind of contact you desire.
