I don't think anyone else can answer this for you. It's about what you value more.
But I'll note that it's not as black and white as that:
- There are probably other differences between the jobs: bigger companies have more job security but also bureaucracy, you'll be more specialized but have less individual impact, technologies are different and some companies have more helpful culture.
- These two jobs aren't the only choices, maybe with some time you can find a higher pay position that isn't remote, if that's what you want.
- While colleagues are not around you, you can have regular contact working remotely (depending on the job).
