If an amateur wants to start mobile application development, which one of the following would you recommend?

<li>Just working on Android with Java?</li>
<li>Just Working on iOS with Swift ( Or Obj-c )?</li>
<li>Develop for both Android and iOS with React Native? </li>
<li>Develop for both Android and iOS with Xamarin? </li>
<li>Develop for both Android and iOS with Ionic ( Or Phonegap )? </li>
</ul>
or anything else that I didn&#39;t mention?
The amateur knows few things about web designing, Java and Swift
