Best way to manage links?
Every organization has links for meetings, documents, PDFs, excel, roadmap, etc. But the links are cluttered in slack, emails, messages, and bookmarks. These links need to be updated, shared with new/existing team members, etc.
How does your organization manage so many links? How do you share them? What apps do you use?
