Custom notifications

Allow the user to enable/disable certain notifications. If you follow a lot of writers, you will likely get fart more notifications of them commenting on a blog than notifications that you truly care about such as comments on your own blog.

In other words, give priority to notifications about the user's own blog over notifications for people they follow.
