Do you know any Open Source E-commerce API-Driven framework ?

Hi, I’m working for an e-commerce startup and I have to choose a production-ready e-commerce solution to develop the second version of our marketplace. I’ve considered famous open-souce solutions like Magento, OpenCart and WooCommerce. However, the solution has to be cross-platform, flexible, modern (like 2018, not 2011) and extensible as we need to implement specific features not present in classic e-commerce solutions. So I think the (probably) right way is to use an api-driven extensible e-commerce framework with built-in back-office and implement a custom Isomorphic React/Angular/Vue frontend. Do you know any solution(s) that would suits our needs ?

Also, have you ever implemented an api-driven e-commerce app ? If so, can you share your experience please ?
