Free or paid access to a Hashnode API?

I wrote down some thoughts and ideas about a possible Hashnode API and asked you to share yours. Here is the story if you missed it:

What would you like to do with a publicly available Hashnode API?

Now I'm asking myself 'Would I want a free or paid access to the Hashnode API?'

I can imagine the following models

• Always free, rate limited and access token limited (Twitter style)
• Always free, rate limited (Facebook style)
• Freemium, rate limited (Firebase style)
• Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) Ranging from $1 till 🤑
  • Pay more to reduce or eliminate limits/restrictions
• Modular model (Monthly/Yearly) Randing from $1 till 🤑
  • Pay only for API's you are using
  • Get some few API hits free for APIs you aren't paying
• Paid once, lifetime access, rate limited
