Hey Hashnoders,
We've recently opened a poll and asked if you'd be interested in participating in our coding challenge. The poll has not ended yet, but since the stunning 93% of you were excited about this idea, we're going forward with it.
We've teamed up with Codier for this occasion and decided to test your front-end coding skills. In order to compete, you'll need to showcase your knowledge of HTML, CSS and possibly JavaScript. We encourage you to be as creative as possible and design cool or even animated 404 and 500 pages for Hashnode.

In the spirit of equality present on our platform, we decided to give equal prizes to all the winners. We'll be giving out 4 Amazon gift cards with 50$ credit. 3 of the winners will be the ones whose design has the most upvotes from the community on Codier and 1 winner will be picked by our team. We encourage you to post your design on your social media under the #hashnodechallenge tag and ask your friends and followers for help. We'd also love to see the links to your solutions under our news section 🧐
The challenge starts today and the upvotes will be counted on Monday, 3 September 2018. Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.
