Hi I'm Manqoba Mkhwanazi from South Africa, I'm in need of financial assistance to complete BSC in Computer Science. I was working part time in a restaurant but due to the pandemic caused by covid-19 the restaurant closed as many more did in the food industry. With the money from the restaurant I was using it to pay for my tuition fees with the help of my parents. Unfortunately I wasn't the only one who lost a job, my dad too. Now my mom has to take care of the whole family with her domestic work salary. I have applied for bursaries with no luck thus far and also tried getting another job.

I need R100 000 which equates to $6 666 to complete my degree, that's only tuition fee. Furthermore, as a person coming from a disadvantaged background, I would go back to my community and encourage youth who have mainly been affected by drugs and who are feeling hopeless to study, as they will see that no matter where you are from it is possible to make it. I am scared to share my personal information such as educational record and bank details, because I don't know who has good or bad intentions.
