Hi! I'm a beginner at Web Dev. Could someone help me with this 'query string' problem?

Hi, I am beginner at developing websites on WordPress, And recently I hosted a e-commerce website. But, I am facing a problem with website URL. It is displaying forexample.com/?v=117183a196bb. And the same string with almost every page.

I have searched about this, I found that it is a 'query string'. But, I am not able to remove it from any plugin or any piece of code that is available on the internet. Can anyone help with this?
