How to convert from "jack of all trades master of none" to expert in one technology?

I've worked with many technologies and also switched between fullstack, front-end and back-end due to switching jobs frequently. Now I want just to do back-end but can't get job in that field because of missing expertise like Kubernets or Docker, AWS etc... What to focus on ?
