How to Integrate Angular 8 and PHP?

I want to connect php and angular with dynamic APIs creation. Like I've one service in Angular and the dynamic URL will like:

localhost/api/class-name/function-name All the connections and are in config file. All the class files are in one folder.

So How can I achieve this kind of dynamic API URLs and connection of php and Angular?
