How to make PHP code in WordPress app safe from being edited by someone.

I am working on an app in WordPress in which i have to make some limitations on functionalities. Those features or functionalities can only be unlocked completely if user buys our premium app. But if some developer downloads free version and removes the limitations, it will become free for him. What should i do, how do i hide or safeguard my code from being changed.
