Is it possible to have Point-by-point navigation in Cordova apps?

I'm working on a project where I want to incorporate point-to-point Navigation after fetching gps coordinations from google maps. I want to know what is the best practice when using cordova.

I am looking of methods to keep the navigation in-app and NOT open the native navigator app. This even possible in hybrid land?
