I have wanted to pick up the commitment of joining 100DaysOfCode but I always have this self doubt in me that I won't be committed to 100DaysOfCode.

I was very happy when Sir. Samuel Ufere announced the 30DaysOfCode for DevC Aba and there will be prizes to be won every week for the three most consistent members. I made up my mind for this commitment and I decided to learn JavaScript during this 30DaysOfCode, I started with freeCodeCamp curriculum for JavaScript

The 30DaysOfCode started on 20th of April and on the first and second week of this commitment, I happened to be among the winners that has been consistent with the commitment. I would say I can't do a day without touching my laptop to learn something new or put what I have learnt to practice.

JavaScript have been fun just like when I was learning Python but I think I would enjoy JavaScript more because of its various frameworks, learnt variables, objects, arrays, functions, data structures and algorithms, ECMAScript, frameworks and libraries in JavaScript. I picked React for my frontend and am going through it now. I would say am an amateur JavaScript coder.

##Some of my Achievements from 30DaysOfCode

Wrote this article for a newbie who is having self-doubt, if i made it through this commitment and achieved a whole lot, you too can do it. The 30DaysOfCode is ending today and a very big thank you to DevC Aba community for the wonderful push. I can boldly start the 100DaysOfCode now without self-doubt because am used to coding everyday. Am officially joining the 100DaysOfCode, Wait for it!!!
