Would you participate in a code review community?

In my experience, most of the valuable lessons I've learned about software design have come from code reviews.

There is a huge learning gap for aspiring engineers who don't have access to this type of engaged mentorship because they don't work at a top tier company.

I'd like to build a platform for developers exploring a new language or stack to get feedback from devs with more experience in that area.
