I have been reading your articles and I am literally so inspired by your writing style and the topics you choose, reading your stuff has made me curious about human behaviour and I will surely be reading the books you have suggested. As far as lygometry is concerned I think it is such an interesting concept and the best thing about it is that one can build on top of it. It is extremely flexible and can adapt to a person’s preferences, I will give it a try for sure
