You may not know that there is a UI framework called React Suite. Recommend it.
And what about ReactSymbols? We have strong focus on design, variability and usability. Check all informations and documentation here:
Thanks guys!

I have found ant design very useful with lot of components that is required for my project . I found it from a video in youtube - youtu.be/J_TF5Iknldg. Ant design has recently released version 3.0 which has very good improvements in UI from v2.x like fonts and colors for elements like inputs, tooltips etc.
There is also PrimeReact, a young open source library from the guys who created popular PrimeFaces (jsf) and PrimeNG (angular) libraries. primefaces.org/primereact
I see there is many UI for React. The another library is ReactMD: react-md.mlaursen.com which is good quality and well documented in my opinion. It's not very popular for now, but it's very promising.
You didn't mention SemanticUI for react which is pretty good than many of them.
Recently discovered Suitup searching on github. It's in development, but it looks very promising. Check it here:
I've been working on reactrecoil.com a mobile first UI framework. Been using it in production for the company I work with 🙂----------
This one is amazing!
Semantic UI has various React versions - and allows theme switching between Bootstrap, Material UI, and more
Cx is a commercial UI framework based on React. It's great for building admin and dashboard apps as it includes a rich set of ready to use widgets and charts.

It's an alternative to react-bootstrap. This library targets Bootstrap 4 and follows a syntax similar to MUI. Take a look at the component examples to get a feel for how this library is different, particularly components like the Tooltip.
react-desktop is a JavaScript library built on top of Facebook's React library, which aims to bring a native desktop experience to the web, featuring many macOS Sierra and Windows 10 components. react-desktop works perfectly with NW.js and Electron.js, but can be used in any JavaScript powered project!

I tried and used Grommet in a recent project for asset management to visualize dependencies in a Graph model. Today morning I looked at Ant it also looks very attractive. Some components are a little noisy like the Tags component where the x-button isn't horizontally centered or components use some weird typography.
Same concept as React Bootstrap, but providing React components for BlazeCSS.

Full disclosure: I’m a developer advocate at Progress, and we make Kendo UI. But I’m a huge fan of the components and like to spread the word 🙂
