I feel a bit bothered by the fact that you mix up here CSS frameworks with component libraries, which are defently different. Here 3 out of 10 of the showed options are in fact React UI component libraries. Except for this, the article itself is pretty interesting.
I'd like to add that there's an other really interesting CSS framework out there : WindiCSS It is a utility-based framework like Tailwindcss, but it applies slightly differents paradygms when it comes to implementation, so both Tailwind and Windi are worth checking. Although both of them are influencing and pulling up each other.
