I think you have found the same thing I have in that INTENTIONALITY is key—your points in 3, 5, 6-9 are something that any developer willing to put their nose to the grindstone should be able to do.
I heard on a podcast recently that developer positions are much harder to get right now and having a list of where you have worked is NOT going to get you a job.
