Solid advice, especially about Supabase for MVPs. One tip I'd add from building automation products for small businesses: ship the simplest possible version that solves ONE pain point, then let customer feedback drive the next feature. I've seen too many solo builders spend months perfecting a v1 that nobody asked for. The Unison story sounds like a great example of building for a real person with a real problem — that's the best MVP filter there is.
