Thanks for this Ranjali, I'm not sure I'd agree that starting with the right tool is an important part of success. However, with covid driving more teams to collaborate remotely rather than in a shared space, tools that can aid collaboration are becoming increasingly relevant. You make a good point about limiting WIP - this is a big problem for a lot of teams! You don't include much about metrics here.
