Really enjoyed how practical this guide is. The point that speed and a good fallback can matter more than making the chatbot overly “intelligent” is especially interesting. In a real business setting, getting a useful response quickly probably matters much more than having a complicated AI system behind it.

I also liked the focus on deterministic answers for things like pricing and the importance of capturing conversations as a source of insight. A chatbot shouldn’t just collect leads it can also show businesses what their customers are actually asking for.

The simple embed approach makes the whole idea feel much more accessible for small businesses. Great breakdown of the parts that actually matter in practice!
