Siemens CVE-2026-110936: Signed Binary Loads Attacker DLLs

Attackers are using a legitimate, digitally signed copy of Siemens Software Center to load their own DLLs. The binary was never modified. It just loads whatever DLL sits next to it. CVE: CVE-2026-110
