Hey Lee, another question for you :). Could you tell us about time management w.r.t to project deadlines in your team? How do y'all decide on deadlines and how do you manage with buffer or deadline skips?
Deadlines are usually based around KPIs, which I talked about above. Most of the time they're flexible, unless it's for an event, then we have a certain date we're aiming for :)
