This is a scam product that arrives defective & unusable. And claims to be a USA company but is in koreas. Thats dishonest & they want the customer to pay to send it back .seems the good reviews are all. phony. If they were a true USA company I would ve able to speak w a customer service representative inthe US. And return it within the US. I bet the company isnt even in korea. They probably actually make it in china. DONT BUY anything FROM AQUAYOUTH!! Its worth less scam shower filter and everything is fake.
