A useful tool but I doubt they will completely replace local editors, in the same way that VS Code does not replace VS or VS itself didn't replace EMACS.
What do you do if the Internet goes down, say because someone cut the cable? With a local editor I can keep working even if I have no Internet, with a web based editor...

Brilliant! I'm positive it is more than a viable option for:
1) people with not enough hardware (like me! 🤣)
2) coders that want to share or edit quickly 👨💻
3) playground 🤹
As for full projects, probably there is a long way to go, but indeed it's worth considering.
