Thanks so much for the insight, yes i agree that giving all rights to ai model to fix the issue could cause disastrous results but for patterned issues an automated model for self heal would be beneficial as less calls for small incidents will reach to on-call , contributing less to their fatigue. Also thank you so much for introducing me to sherlock.ai I was looking for something like this.
