No frameworks specific to JS ? That's quite dissapointing especially which such a title.

The focus was to highlight CSS frameworks. We generally refer Bootstrap, Foundation, etc as front-end frameworks. I don't see any thing wrong in the title.

@Ida Hansen, In that case it NEEDS to be Mentionned in the title otherwise it's misleading and assumes that for you front-end is just about styling with CSS which is not as there's also content description with HTML and behaviours with JS and PHP.
