aaa. question... you need to have npm installed on your system for this app to work, right? i mean you don;t compile it to a windows file (exe, of bach) at the end, i see. Or dwos windwos 10 have some new things now?

Also, look at pwa apps (Progressive Web Apps)

Nope, you don't have to have node installed, you going to compile this app to native app (.exe, .app, ...), also you can package it as an installer (.exe, .deb, ...), take a look at the Github repo, and for the PWAs I'm going to publish another post about how to build Native mobile apps using Angular.
