Boundaries aren't something you find by reading the code carefully enough. An agent can do that much of the reading in an afternoon. I'm not going to argue with you about the team stalling, because you are describing something real. Now I've been putting more effort into the spec and the acceptance checks than into the code itself, because those are the parts the agent can't do for me.
