Before treating a sudden limit hit as a platform-wide incident, check /usage and note which window moved (and when); a personal five-hour or weekly limit can change independently of any public announcement. An Anthropic-announced reset or flush is a separate event, so the absence of an announcement—or the presence of one—doesn't explain every individual account's countdown.
