Hi Usama! As far as I know there are no such limits. Your page speed won't be affected by the number of articles as they are dynamically loading whever you hit the show more button. I highly advice to register your own domain. You can do that for a few dollars. Hashnode supports custom domains, so in addition to hashnode displaying your posts, they will also appear under your domian. First of all, having your own domain is pretty cool, secondly you can move your articles to any platform, as your posts are not connected to hashnode, but to your own domain. Hashnode also provides an opportunity to save your articles to GitHub. By the way, you do not have give up posting in Medium, as hashnode articles can be imported ro medium and as medium sets the canonical url, your posts won't be recognized by search engines as dupkicates.
