This is a pretty wide syllabus, and I think that can be both a strength and a challenge. It gives students exposure to areas like AI, IoT, embedded systems, mobile development, and NLP, which can help them figure out what they actually enjoy.

I’d probably avoid trying to master everything at the same time. Getting the basics of programming, data structures, databases, and computer systems solid first would make the more specialised topics much easier to understand later. Then you can choose a couple of areas to go deeper into through projects.

The project work is especially useful here because it gives you a chance to turn the theory into something practical rather than just studying topics for exams.
