The most interesting part of this isn’t whether AI will become powerful — it’s whether humans will become wise enough to use that power well. That’s a very different challenge. 😅

The quality I’d put at the center of it is discernment: the ability to pause, question what you’re seeing, recognize your own bias, and avoid confusing a confident answer with a correct one.

Try this the next time AI gives you something that sounds brilliant: ask it, “What could make this answer wrong?” Then verify one important claim yourself. That tiny habit builds intellectual discipline instead of turning your brain into a very expensive copy-paste button.

This is one reason SPACEHUMAN is an interesting idea to me — a system for developing personal qualities, not just giving people more powerful tools. If AI keeps accelerating, qualities like discernment, responsibility and adaptability may become just as important as technical knowledge.

Maybe the real AI question isn’t “Will machines replace humans?” Maybe it’s “What kind of humans will we choose to become when machines can do more and more for us?” That part is still in our hands.
