Hey, I have followed all of your steps. But I got an error that says "The element has no supported sources." when play button triggered, does anyone know how to solve it?

hello, My question so basic as my starting experience, so let start from the beginning: IT IS LIKE i NEED TO BUILD MY UI DESIGN then adding the codes to the coding part, and can I use any ui builder like sktech or how to start, sorry for bothering but I just do not catch it well.
