I asked what's Hoppscotch and if its similar to Postman. If yes, are there any differences?

From the article I know its similar to Postman but I don't know what makes it different?

Hoppscotch (formerly postwoman) is a light-weight API testing tool, which runs seamlessly from your browser.

It is super easy to use compare to postman IMO.
