Yes, I imagine that would resonate with you. It makes me cringe whenever I ask about design patterns in an interview and the candidate defaults to singleton because that's the easy escape answer.

I'm working on a better version of what you ask :)! I will be rolling out full videos explaining each pattern with real-world examples and cases in which I used them. I will consider creating a blog post for them eventually, but for now, I will focus on the videos.

I think the point about the design discussions is specially important. When your team knows the patterns, design discussions become very productive because you can pack much more information in shorter sentences.

Yes, that is indeed one of my favorite advantages too, elevating the level of abstractions and design discussions is great and helps the team throughput a lot!
