Ruby is great! As someone who worked with JavaScript/Java mostly I appreciate that there are some good defaults and stuff just works - until it doesn't 😈
Yeah, they could definitely work on that. I work for companies where Ruby engineers are a constant problem - although there are more of them in the US than in the EU (in my experience)
