I really appreciate your effort. Your article is very useful for me.
I always struggle with same problem. When I compare columns using vlookup. That is formatting error. Sometime it get resolved when I convert the format to text or I just copy the format from any XYZ files where I have already used vlookup. But some times even these tricks don't work and even after multiple try formula result will be #NA.
Can you please help me to understand the problem and how should I proceed to understand the issue... Also solution for this problem. Thanks 🙏.
