I really appreciate your detailed and deep review on the matter, but personally I have fear of heights and hackers, so most likely I won't use any free app thinking that the only free app is in the mousetrap. When I trade Bitcoin I use Bitcoin mixer to hide my identity from those who earn their living, robbing loot from other people's e-wallets.
