City license filings are a good source for anyone selling to brand-new businesses, and the owner name as an LLC DBA string is the part I'd expect to cause trouble. Before sending anything I'd match each row to a real person on the business's own site, since the filing name is often a registered agent. The compliance section is the useful bit for anyone who just wants to start emailing.
