Great question! My take is, don't spend learning anything that is not needed. So, among all the 10 frameworks listed here, you may not have to learn anything other than what you need(maybe React) for now.
If you need to evaluate Svlete or Vue.js, or anything else for a reason, maybe for your projects or the team you will be moving to, you should pick it up and learn.
However, As a web dev, you must know what problems each solves differently. For example, IMO, QWIK is a game changer in the way its architecture is. Good to know what problem Deno solves that Node.js exposes. But, you may not need a comprehensive working knowledge of any of these unless it is required.
