I like the comparison you did for GH, Netlify, and Heroku.

Though I wanna add few other players in this area, now.sh, Gitlab and Bitbucket.

For me, the winner is Gitlab, of course, I have my personal opinions for it. Though Gitlab wins all the factors you mentioned above as

Pricing
Ease of setup
Ease of deployment
Continuous integration/deployment
Custom domain names

And using Gitlab for Static Site and for Image Hosting

On GitLab, it's hard to make an edit (copy + paste) via mobile.

I agree it is hard to edit the post on mobile as it is not built for the mobile. Though take any other platform, I think, they don't fully provide mobile editing.
