It's soooo hard to do custom inputs well. There's definitely a lot to improve on from the native ones, but anything custom should only be better than the native.
I've had really terrible experience with the removal of copy and paste especially when I had shoulder injury. Great point on the store unsaved changes.

I have such a bad experience with the autocomplete on the select list it's horrible UX.
It pops up this default thing in chrome, so you can't even see OR CHOOSE the top 3 elements.
Really think they should remove autocomplete from the select list.
